Through the form on this page, for an open position or for the talent pool. Every applicant gets a reference number by e-mail.

Screening against the requirements
We check the CV against the opening's written requirements — the same for every candidate.

A conversation with the same questions for everyone
An interview, in person or by video, with the same questions for every candidate of the opening. You are invited with day, time and place.

Practical test
When the role calls for it, a real task from the daily work — checking a file, handling an order, operating equipment.

References and documents
We confirm what was stated and check the documents needed for hiring.

An answer to everyone
You get an answer, whatever the decision. Those not chosen can stay in the talent pool for upcoming openings.

Hiring
We arrange the start date and the documents. From then on, you are part of the team.

Frequently asked questions
How soon do I get an answer?
The confirmation arrives by e-mail as soon as you send. Screening happens over the following days and, if you continue, the invitation comes with date and time. At the end of the process, every candidate gets an answer.
Are the positions on-site?
Mostly, yes: the plant is in São Paulo, SP (east side), and pre-press and technical service work happens there. Each opening states its work mode on its sheet.
Can I apply without an open position?
Yes. Choose “Talent pool” in the form. Your CV is kept, with no time limit, and we get in touch when a matching opening comes up.
How do I ask for my data to be removed?
Reply to the confirmation e-mail asking for removal, or write through the contact page. We remove the CV and contact details from the talent pool.
Which documents are requested at hiring?
Photo ID, CPF, digital work card, proof of address and the others required by labour law. The full list comes with the hiring invitation.
