Privacy Policy
Cliart Ltda. (“Cliart”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal data processed through the cliart.app website and its forms.
Data we collect
Data you provide: name, email, phone, company, message and any files (PDF) submitted through the contact and access-request forms.
Technical data: IP address and browser identification (user-agent), recorded for security, fraud prevention and audit.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, prepare quotes, manage the business relationship, ensure platform security and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases and sharing
We process data based on consent, contract performance and legitimate interest, in accordance with the Brazilian LGPD. Sharing occurs only with essential providers (hosting, email), under contract and to the extent necessary.
Cookies and retention
We use only cookies that are essential to the site's operation and to your session. To measure audience we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which produces aggregated statistics without cookies and without profiling you individually. We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or applicable legal obligations.
International data transfer
Data is stored on servers outside Brazilian territory. The international transfer observes Article 33 of the Brazilian LGPD, under contractual safeguards with the hosting provider that ensure a level of personal-data protection compatible with Brazilian law. Data is processed solely for the purposes described in this policy.
LGPD — Personal data
Cliart’s processing of personal data follows Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Cliart acts as the controller of data collected on cliart.app.
Your rights as data subject
You may request: confirmation of and access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent.

Data Protection Department (DPO)
Under Article 41 of Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD), Cliart Ltda., as controller, designates a department in charge of personal-data processing (DPO). This department receives complaints and communications from data subjects, provides clarifications and takes action, receives communications from the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) and advises staff on data protection practices.

By accessing cliart.app you agree to these terms. The site content is informational. The brands, projects and portfolio images belong to Cliart or to the respective clients and may not be reproduced without authorization. These terms may be updated at any time.
